Beer Returns

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on beer. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at sales@snowywaybrewing.com.au, and we’ll make sure you’re looked after.

Merch Refunds

Not loving your Snowy Way Brewing Co. merch? No worries! Here’s how to request a refund:

⬥ Return your item(s) unwashed and unaltered.

⬥ Include your proof of purchase and original order number.

Send your items back within 30 days of the original purchase date to: Snowy Way Brewing Co. – 1 Kosciuszko Road, Jindabyne, NSW, 2627

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note, you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours of receiving your return.

Merch Exchanges

Want to swap your merch? We’re happy to exchange items if stock is available, provided the new item is of equal or lesser value. Follow the same steps as the refund process or drop by The Banjo Paterson Inn to exchange in person (and maybe enjoy a fresh brew while you’re here!). Please email us ahead of your visit to ensure stock availability.
